- Arrive early.
The fair runs 11 a.m.–3 p.m.; last year's event drew more than 35,000 attendees, so an early arrival means shorter lines at the most popular booths.
- Dress for an in-person interview.
Some employers conduct on-the-spot interviews at the fair, for roles ranging from entry-level to C-suite.
